Track Applications

See every applicant. Filter by stage. Hire the best.

What it is

A Kanban-style board where all job applications land. Filter by status, view applicant profiles with their proof-of-work, and move candidates through your hiring pipeline.

Why it matters

No more lost resumes or scattered spreadsheets. Every applicant shows up with their First Dollar profile—skills, bounties completed, XP earned. You see who delivers before you hire.

How to use it

1. Find your job listing

From your dashboard, click the Jobs tab in Your Listings. Click the job name to open it.

On the job detail page, click Submissions to see all applicants.

You'll see a Kanban board with columns:

  • All Submissions — Everyone who applied
  • Shortlisted — Candidates you've hearted
  • Interview — Moved to interview stage
  • Not Fit — Rejected candidates

Use the filter tabs at the top: ALL, VIEWED, SHORTLIST, INTERVIEW, ACCEPTED.

3. Review applicant cards

Each card shows:

  • Name & handle — Their First Dollar identity
  • Role tag — DESIGNER, DEVELOPER, etc.
  • Location — Where they're based
  • Skills — Product Design, Brand Design, etc.
  • Bounty Completed — How many bounties they've shipped
  • Total XP — Their reputation score

Click any card to open the detailed view.

4. Review in detail

The Detailed Submission modal shows:

  • Profile info — Name, submission date
  • Quick actions — HIRE ✓ and SHORTLIST ♡ buttons
  • Link to Submission — Their portfolio or work sample
  • Link to Tweet — If they shared their application
  • Screening answers — Responses to your custom questions
  • CV — Download their resume (if uploaded)

Click HIRE ✓ to mark them as hired, or SHORTLIST ♡ to save for later.
