Select Winners

Pick the best. Rank them. Pay them. Done.

What it is

The final step of your bounty. Select winning submissions, drag to rank them, and announce. Prizes get assigned automatically based on your prize configuration.

Why it matters

No back-and-forth DMs asking for payment details. No manual transfers. Pick your winners, confirm the ranking, and First Dollar handles the rest—builders get paid in USDC, instantly and transparently.

How to use it

1. Select your winners

From the Submissions tab, check the boxes next to submissions you want to reward. Click PICK WINNER ✓ in the action bar to mark them.

You can also:

• SHORTLIST ♡ — Save for consideration
• REPORT SUBMISSION ✕ — Flag problematic entries

2. Click Announce Winners

Once you've picked your winners, click the blue Announce Winners → button in the top right.

3. Drag to rank

You'll see your selected winners in a list:

• First 🥇 — Top prize
• Second 🥈 — Runner up
• Third 🥉 — Third place

Hold and drag the grip handle (⋮⋮) to reorder. Each row shows the builder's name and their submission link so you can double-check before confirming.

4. Confirm and announce

Click Announce Winners → at the bottom. That's it.

You'll see a confirmation screen with:

• Total Prizes — Full amount being distributed
• Winner breakdown — Who gets what (e.g., First: 600 USDC, Second: 400 USDC, Third: 200 USDC)
• Share → — Post the results

Click Done to close.

Tips

• Review submission links one more time before announcing—it's final
• Prizes distribute based on your original prize configuration (Contest, Prize Pool, or Custom)
