Track Bounty Submissions

See every submission. Shortlist the best. Move fast.

What it is

A central hub where all bounty submissions land. Filter by status, preview work directly, and heart the standouts—no spreadsheets, no DMs to chase.

Why it matters

You posted a bounty, 64 builders delivered. Now what? Track Submissions lets you scan everything in minutes, shortlist 5 finalists, and handle spam reports before picking winners.

How to use it

1. Find your bounty

From your dashboard, check the SUBMISSIONS column in Your Listings. Click the bounty name to open it.

2. Open the Submissions tab

You'll see two tabs: Detail and Submission. Click Submission to see all incoming work. The header shows how many builders are interested vs. how many actually submitted.

3. Filter and browse

Use the filter tabs:

  • ALL — Every submission
  • SHORTLIST — Ones you've hearted
  • WINNER — Marked winners
  • REPORTED — Flagged by the community

Each row shows the builder's name, their submission link (Figma, GitHub, etc.), tweet link, and engagement stats.

4. Review in detail

Click Detailed View → on any submission. You'll see:

  • Preview of their work
  • Link to their tweet
  • Answers to your screening questions
  • PICK WINNER and SHORTLIST buttons at the top

Open in new tab to see the full submission. Heart it to shortlist.

5. Handle reports

If a submission gets flagged, you'll see TAKE ACTION next to their name. Click into the detail view, switch to the Reports tab, and review why it was flagged. Take action or dismiss.

Tips

  • Heart liberally, narrow down later—you can always un-shortlist
  • Check reported submissions first to keep quality high
  • Open multiple submissions in new tabs for faster batch review
  • Engagement numbers matter, but read the actual content too
