Create Job Listing
Hire for longer-term work. AI writes the JD, you refine and publish.
What it is
Post a job to First Dollar's talent network. Describe what you need in plain English, AI generates a full job description with requirements and skills, you tweak the details and set compensation.
Why it matters
No more copy-pasting JD templates. Tell the AI "Full Stack Developer" and get a complete listing with responsibilities, requirements, and skills—ready to publish in minutes. Reach 200k+ talent across developers, designers, and marketers.
How to use it
1. Click Create Listing
From your dashboard at app.firstdollar.money, click Create Listing → in the top nav.
2. Choose Job Listing
You'll see two options: Host a Bounty and Put out a Job Listing. Click Continue under Job Listing.

3. Describe your role
You'll see: "Hey gm, what do you wanna publish today?"
Type what you're hiring for. Keep it simple—the AI expands it.
Example prompts:
- "Full Stack Developer"
- "Product Designer"
- "Marketing Manager"
Or click a suggestion below the input. Make sure the dropdown says JOB, then hit send.

4. Review the AI draft
The AI generates a complete job description including:
- Skills Required — Technical and soft skills
- Location — Remote options, region
- Job Type — Full Time, Part Time, Contract
Not happy? Click Regenerate or refine with follow-up instructions in the chat. When it looks good, click Proceed and Edit.

5. Edit your listing
The editor has two panels:
Left side — Content:
- Title — Job title (e.g., "Full Stack Developer")
- Description — Rich text editor with Overview, Job Description, Requirements, Skills Required sections
Right side — Configuration:
- Total Salary — Click EDIT to configure compensation
- Job Type — Full Time, Part Time, Contract, Internship
- Skills Needed — Tag relevant skills
- Job Location — Add locations (REMOTE, specific cities)
- Work Experience — Required experience level
- More Questions — Add screening questions for applicants

6. Configure salary
Click EDIT on Total Salary to open Salary Configuration:
- Payment Type — Fiat or Crypto
- Token — USDC (or other supported tokens)
- Payment Range — Monthly or Annually
- Starts From / Ends At — Salary range (e.g., 1500-1800 USDC monthly)
Click Continue when done.
Job listings carry no platform fee—you only pay what you offer the hire.

7. Publish
Click Preview to see how it looks to applicants, then hit Publish to go live.
Tips
- Job listings carry no platform fee
- Be specific in your prompt—"Senior React Developer with AI product experience" beats "developer"
- Set a salary range to attract more applicants
- Add 1-2 screening questions to filter low-effort applications
- Use the Preview button to catch formatting issues before publishing
